Cupcakes Cranberry
INGREDIENTS: - 1 cup flour ½
- 3 / 4 teaspoon salt
- 1 / 4 cup powdered sugar 2

- 3 / 4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3 / 4 cup milk
- 1 / 3 cup oil

PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 200 º C.
- Mix flour, salt, powdered sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
- Make a hole in the center of the mixture.
- Spread the lemon zest and blueberries on top.
- Mix the egg milk and oil in a bowl or cup.
- Pour into the hole.
- Gently and slowly mix all in bowl. Do not go overboard to the mix or the muffins will form lumps.
- Fill cupcake cases and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until muffins are golden and spongy to the touch.
- Sprinkle sugar if desired and let stand until cool.
